I've Been Eating Too Much...

...and it shows.
I am back.
I need SparkPeople in order to lose weight. I eat healthy but I just eat too much.
Tracking is key for me. I don't track. I gain weight. It is that simple. It's so easy to kid yourself that you aren't going overboard.
Well the scale don't lie people. I've been going overboard.
So I need to make the time to track.
I've reset my goal weight once again to May Day. 17 pounds gone by May Day. That's it!

Here's my boys. They are growing up so fast. They weigh in at nearly 40 lbs and are now 16 weeks old. They have preoccupied my attention to myself but no excuses.

    They are so awesome! You must take them for walks so you are doing some exercises. You can do it.

    Taking the dogs for a walk or jog is great exercise. :D And, welcome back.

    I made myself a pact when I tried to stop tracking food: weigh in every day. Weight gain = must track. I gained, so I track again.

    we all stumble, point is you found the error in your conception...you got this buddy I have faith in you...plus your boys will keep you busy walking them which will give you a rather nice uptick in activity.
