...and it shows.
I am back.
I need SparkPeople in order to lose weight. I eat healthy but I just eat too much.
Tracking is key for me. I don't track. I gain weight. It is that simple. It's so easy to kid yourself that you aren't going overboard.
Well the scale don't lie people. I've been going overboard.
So I need to make the time to track.
I've reset my goal weight once again to May Day. 17 pounds gone by May Day. That's it!
Here's my boys. They are growing up so fast. They weigh in at nearly 40 lbs and are now 16 weeks old. They have preoccupied my attention to myself but no excuses.
