I have found that taking time out after breakfast for about an hour to just sit quietly and comfortably, focusing on each part of your body carefully until you can bring calm and unity to your mind and body. It is the most wonderful way of emptying for a little while the things that are or have gone on and just finding an inner peace. Then when you are relaxed and calm with no worries you find that that peace you had over the time you were emptying your body and mind of the pains of life somehow pull me together to face another day positively.
Some call this Mindfullness, Meditation, Yoga incorporates this. It really helps me.
