I went on a date with James last night. We went to Mexican food. I wasn't prepare to go to that kind of food. It was really grease. It was actually too greasy. I got sick as a dog. I don't eat that food that much anymore.

Here is my ah ha moment! My body is so use to eating healthy that when my body gets the grease, full fat foods my body rejects it. So even through it was disgusting I proud of myself for taking a wonderful job of feeding my body right!

When I got home from my date, Kaleb had colored me his first picture. He didn't even need help holding the paper. It was beautiful! I received his evaluation from one of his speech therapist. It is all GREAT! She was impressed at all the words he has been picking up! I am a very proud mommy!

My plan tonight: Going to the gym. I am going to kick the stress!
