emoticon Yesterday and today are busy days. I won at work on Monday - no actual competition, but I helped accomplish something big, so I'm considering that I WON.

emoticon Then I went to the gym, then I lost at eating right at a restaurant. emoticon

emoticon Oh well, it's a new day and I still feel good about the gym trip. And I tracked the restaurant stuff when I came home. And I drank the hell outta my water.

Today is going to be hectic and lonely since I need to focus on a writing project. But I'm gonna rock at eating right, I can just feel it.

Plus, lookit my weight loss graph! Just looking at the daily numbers never seems to convey that, yes Virginia, I am losing weight! Now I just need to change the slope of that trend line and lose a tiny bit faster.

If you figure out a way, let me know! I think it's great that you are losing weight. It would be nice if every time we stepped on the scales, the number was a bit lower. Keep on sparking!
