Time to get it together!!! (even though it is December:)

Well, here I am again! I am about the same weight I was last year...and the year before..and the year before! Trying to not be frustrated with that! I just seem to say Tomorrow all toooo often!
I have been doing Turbo Fire, started it in October. I really was doing well, sticking with the schedule, then Thanksgiving hit and I just haven't regained my motivation. Had an illness thrown in there also.
So, this morning I started my third month of TF...week 9! My goal is to complete the 3 month schedule, no matter how much time it takes me:) I am realizing my motivation would like be higher had I been really trying to eat well during this time, so I would see results!!!! DUH!!!
Going to try and get back to posting here in Spark and I also am part of a support group on Facebook that is helpful!
Here is to working on my eating and finishing the TF schedule !!! HIIT 15 and sculpt 30 DONE this morning!!!!

    How do you like Hip Hop Abs?? I bought it when it went on sale...but, haven't done any of the videos yet since I am doing Turbo Fire right now:)
    And you are right..I really do need to set some mini goals!!!

    That's awesome you are doing turbo fire. I am currently doing hip hop abs by beach body. I will do Turbo Jam next, and eventually Turbo Fire.
    I plan to get back into the Hip Hop Abs beginning tomorrow. I was out for two weeks with bronchitis and a sinus infection and it was hard to breathe when I worked out.
    Keep up the good work. Set yourself some mini goals and you will find it gets easier with time to reach those goals.
