6 more to go before the end of the year

Tuesday, December 11, 2012

My short term goal is only 6 lbs away... just six more to lose before the end of the year. I am excited. I GOT THIS!!! I have missed my exercises since Friday due to a bad stomach bug that had me incapacitated ,to say the least, all weekend but I am going home at noon to get my workout in. My stomach is still a little weak but I think I can do this without too much of a problem. Still can't contain my excitement about month two of chalean extreme, I will get back on that horse and ride it to success. emoticon emoticon emoticon

When I get two months and a half into this program I am ordering TURBOFIRE and doing 3 months of that. Then the plan is to go back to Chalean Extreme for round 2 and so on. Chalean Extreme can't be outgrown because you can always make it harder by adding more weights.

Oh I have put it all on hold while I was sick... that was not a fun experience and as weak as I was there was no way I was going to be weight lifting. ON the up side thanks in part to my illness now I am 17 lbs down... when I get to 25 I will be half way there. Even my husband has told me I am "skinny" now... he is being nice of course since I know I a still have a long way to go but it is nice that he is noticing. WALLAHALLA check out youtube so you can get an idea as to what it requires and then google "chalean extreme results". I LOVE it.

So happy for you. You can do it!!
However, do take care and listen to your body to not overdo the workout when you had yet to fully recover.
