Day 27

It has turned cold here, so I went to Snap Fitness again this morning. I did a quick 3 miles on the dreadmill. I'm still feeling pretty good from that workout.

I'm starting to notice just a little looseness in some of my clothes. I still have a long way to go, but it feels good to start to see some signs of progress.
