Today was my weigh in. I wasn't sure if it would be pretty but it was much better than I thought! YAY!
TWL: 3 pounds
Now on to the rest of my day. I had gluten free waffles for breakfast with sugar free syrup. My snacks that I brought are a banana and one tbsp peanut butter as well as grapes. My lunch is tuna salad, crackers and broccoli. Dinner is going to be a mexican casserole.
I am determined to lose one pound by the next weigh in.
