Ok, still not losing but...
I work out with my neighbor every morning at 4:30 AM. Most recently, we have been doing Wii personal trainer which I really like. If she happens to oversleep - which happens on occasion for both of us, I normally just bypass the workout and go to the coffee.
Well this morning, Carolyn overslept. I really didn't have much wiggle room because I needed to be leaving the house at 6:15 AM to catch a train to NYC.
And I am soooo happy to report, I did my 45 minutes - even though I missed my morning buddy!
The things that are different from this time last year:
1. I exercise 5-6 times per week.
2. I am 35 pounds down
3. I am a morning exerciser - I never thought that would happen!
4. I worry about my nutrition - not my diet
