today is the day

you know how you're all hyper and excited when you first put your mind to during something then when you get up the next morning your body is saying ( I just not feeling it) had to push pass that really push past it just to get started, so today I'll start out with 10 minutes of excises just to motivate myself emoticon

  wanted to lose one pound first week, well guess what I've lost six pounds in one week!!!!!! emoticon and up to thirty minutes in exercising!!!!!!!

    My first GP down here got me startee by saying to me "just go for a leisurely stroll". That is how I got started. I now am able to pedal 10 miles in a new record 37.5 minutes on teh recumbent cycle. You can do it. Go for it.
