Fitness Goals

emoticon I will do a full body workout with free weights and balance ball at least 3 times a week for 40 minutes. ( every monday, wednesday, and friday)

emoticon I will do at least 20 minutes minimum of wii cardio and yoga every day, except sundays. I will also aim to do 40 minutes at least twice a week randomly when I have time...

emoticon I will try to walk at least once a week if I have the time to.

emoticon I will try to challenge myself every workout by changing the excercises, or changing intensity, rep number or number of sets, until I can save up to get higher weights than I have now.

emoticon I will drink 6-8 glasses a day minimum.


My visual goal... I wrote my reward down on a piece of bright paper, folded it and put down the weight I needed to get to in order be able to get that reward. I put the paper inside an old clear piggy bank, and put it beside my bed so that I see it everyday when I wake up.

    You can do it!! I need to buy heavier weights too -- it seems crazy how expensive dumbbells are these days!!! Maybe we can find some at garage sales!
