Found out tonight that my class final has to be taken either Thursday or Friday... which is going to be challenging for me because I work until 8pm on Thursday and have to be back to work at 9am on Friday. So I either have to take it before work on Thursday, starting by 9am since it is a 1&1/2 hour test or take it after work on Friday. I was planning on going to the chiropractor on Thursday. I will see how I am doing as the week goes along.

The fibro in my arms has really been bad. Initially it started after I exercised, bowled, and then had a trainer appointment on consecutive days, but it really got bad over the weekend. I did some arm exercises on Saturday, after not going for 4 days, but I kept the weights lighter.

I think I am going to have to change my plan of attack. Since increasing weight is a touchy area for weight training, I think I am going to focus on the cardio aspect of exercise while maintaining the weight training as the muscles allow. I have found that a speed of 3.0 on the treadmill is starting to feel slow. I gauge that by how far my body stays from the bar on the front of the machine. I have been steady between 3.2 and 3.4, and minimum of 2.5 incline, without feeling winded or exhausted. So I am going to alternate increasing the incline and speed as I start to feel at ease at each step. I will continue to vary my weight training routine.

Anyways, I better get off to bed. Tomorrow is another day.
