Another weigh in tomorrow...my scale says I've gained. Even after three parties where I turned continuously turned down dessert/pizza, etc. I guess doing "good" is fine but I think I payed more attention to what I WASN'T eating than what I was. Like today, I had a small slice of pizza because I didn't manage my time well and was desperate while shopping. I didn't give that two thoughts but spent all Saturday pouting cause I couldn't have the pizza at the party! Time to food log to put it out there and eat honestly
1)steel cut oats with 3 peach slices/cinnamon/1tsp. Coconut sugar plus one third whole grain pumpkin muffin
2)I thin crust slice Canadian bacon pineapple pizza
3)green smoothie (large). Coconut water, kale, spinach, dark cherries, apple, mandarin
5) sprouted grain tortilla shell with turkey meat, vegan cheese, lettuce, nonfat Greek yogurt
6) 100 calorie pudding
I don't feel I overate today but honestly, maybe I did. A little too much fruit maybe. I did eat reasonable portions. Passing up cake all weekend sucked but I am SO glad I did.
