Paleo Diet Day 28: Four Weeks into It!

Almost a month of Paleo and I'm loving it. Continued to eat eggs today - nice omelet (curry and cilantro) and spinach dinner, both dishes cooked in coconut oil. Late lunch - two tins of sardines, that's a bit different. Feeding my feline side after watching "The Life of Pi" last night.

Tomorrow I have a holiday potluck at work; my daughter was nice enough to make chocolate-coconut-almond balls. I'll think of something that sounds fancier by tomorrow (and then charge $7.95 for two!).

Ran 2.4 miles on the treadmill today; nice to get into the gym because we were socked in with a blanket of cold fog. Winter does make it all a bit harder.

Hope everyone is eating well, exercising strongly, and sleeping enough. Speaking of which .... emoticon

    Congratulations on how far you've made it and that you've found an eating plan that works well for you. I love the comment about picking a fancy name and charging a high price LOL! Enjoy the potluck!
