Need to keep things in perspective. I have too many problems comparing myself to the next guy (not just with fitness or weight loss...pretty much everything!) I need to remember that a mile, as insignificant as it may feel, is a WHOLE MILE! I could have done nothing, but chose, instead, to do a mile.
**Rinse, wash, repeat**
P.S. The "mile" for me can be representative of a lot of things - a mile of walking, how fast I accomplish a particular exercise, how strong I am, how much weight I lose, etc. etc. etc.
