Knowledge that I might not always eat perfectly, but that each day of progress is what matters. That each day filled with good choices means one day closer to the weight-loss goal. Knowledge that life's difficulties and unplanned occurrences may happen, but they can't derail me. Knowledge that 1 day of eating well is one day I didn't overindulge. Knowledge that there will always be more treats where the ones in front of me came from, and I don't have to indulge in these. Knowledge that no matter if times get tough, food isn't the answer. Knowledge that the body will heal itself. Knowledge that healthy eating makes me feel better. And knowledge that exercise will always make me feel better.
Knowledge is good.
