Ok. maybe not exactly, but that is what today's workout felt like!!
First we got out the tire. I didn't realize how heavy that thing really is! I flipped it down the gym floor, 10 times each circuit.
Next the ropes. Those are a lot heavier than they look too!! It is really hard to keep a good squat form, and move those up and down with your arms! That was 30 seconds too
I then used a 10 pound kettle bell and did these squat lift things. Very hard to explain on here...
30 second wall sits then up and down the steps 5x's a circuit.
Actually, when I think about it, my workout doesn't really translate too well onto a blog. So, I found some pictures online that might help demonstrate what I was doing.
All in all, I think it was a great workout. After we went through the circuit 3 times, we did a few laps around the track, did another round, then did walk/run intervals for the remainder of the time.
