I'm truly enjoy eating healthy, and getting my work out in, time to stop neglecting myself.

    Make sure you track your food and your exercise. I like to use the trackers because they tell me what I can do next.

    Good for you! Remember that this is a lifestyle change, it won't happen overnight. Keep a record of your little victories to keep you motivated. Don't you love how healthy feels?
