Today's workout plan:
- 5 minutes walking to warm up
- Week 3 Day 1 of the C2HM program: alternate running 90sec and walking 90 sec for 2 miles
- 5 minutes walking to cool down
- 5:00 walking
- 27:30 running/walking - a minute faster than on Monday!
- 6:12 minutes walking - I needed a little extra to get back to the starting point
- total time: 38:42
- total distance: 2.625 miles (21 laps around the indoor track)
This was my first time running before work. I had my usual breakfast, but didn't push quite as hard as I have for fear of causing myself to throw up (it's happened before). Everything went really well today, so tomorrow will be swimming, and then Wednesday will be a repeat of today but at a harder pace.
