Water is so essential to good nutrition and health. I hate the stuff. I know I have to drink it, so... first thing in the morning when I get up I try to down as much of the stuff as possible. I have a container that I fill up each day and when it is empty I know I met my daily requirement. If I eat something that is not planned I also drink an extra cup to help flush it out of my system. I hope this gets easier over time.
