Didn't get up for my morning run this morning - I needed the sleep!! And after a great 10-miler on Sunday, I thought it wouldn't hurt to rest the old dogs. So Plan B was to run after work. Forgetting that we have a family dinner tonight in Seattle. There would still be time to run, if I hadn't signed up to bring a salad to said dinner, a salad that, sadly, won't put itself together while I go and pound out 3 miles. Consequently, my activity burn for the day is going to be veerrrrryyy low, which means I'll need to really watch my calories at dinner tonight, which is not always easy when you're enjoying the company. All of which boils down to wishing I'd just gotten up and run this morning. Remember how I said if I don't do it first thing in the morning, it doesn't always happen? Grrrr...

    I have the same problem with "planning" to work out later. Most of the time, it doesn't happen.

    But anyway... hope you have fun at the dinner party!
