My heart is overflowing with gratitude and joy this Christmas. When I consider all that the Lord has done from before the world began until this present day to keep His covenant with His people, I am filled with hope, purpose, and peace.
The Bible is alive in my heart and mind and spirit. I can celebrate this Christmas each day of my life knowing the love God has shown me through His mercy that is new every morning, he has a plan for each of us to fulfill.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Ask the Lord to reveal this truth to your hearts this Christmas and invite Him to live in your hearts, you will discover the truth for your every need and to get to know Him will bring to life this precious verse:
Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
I can tell you the power of this verse really has helped transform my spirit this year, teaching me how this relates to my heart, mind and spirit. Bringing inner healing to my emotions and giving me the strength and peace to press forward with joy. Jesus is all this and so much more, even now he is interceding for us to the Father and preparing a place for us to be with Him forever.
My mom is a Christmas eve baby and it is hard with missing her, but I can rejoice that she is safe in the Saviors care, and I am so thankful she has left her legacy by example of her life in her relationship with Jesus, for our spiritual heritage. I would ask us all what gift can we give to our friend and family that has eternal value? We can tell the true meaning of Christmas so that they also can believe, know, and accept the greatest gift of all "Jesus the King of all kings". Celebrate each day we have here until we see Jesus face to face.
Acts 20:24 But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself,[a] so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.
Love ,hugs, prayers always for all my family and friends.
