So I am going to kind of restructure my check in this week. I feel like I'm back on track with eating, exercise and water. Now my big thing I have to work on is sleep..especially since starting tomorrow I'm going to be working 7:30-4:30. Which leaving at 4:30 will be awesome and give me so much more time at night to exercise. So maybe in the morning from now on I will either do 10 minutes of abs or yoga in the morning and then the rest at night.

Last week I had a really good week! I did almost 300 minutes of exercise. I did mostly turbojam but found that i needed a little more strength training so I'm going to add ripped in 30 to the regimen. My heel is behaving and letting me do my cardio (thank goodness). I honestly feel the best I have felt all year! I'm so glad to be back in my groove.

Exercise-
Sun 12/9- Cardio Party 2 (45 min)

Mon 12/10- Cardio Party 3 (45 min)

Tues 12/11- Had a bad day at work. Went home took a pill & went to sleep. Migraine is gone and I plan on keeping it that way.

Wed 12/12- Had another bad day at work..customers were just ridiculous. Ryan and I went to Macy's after dinner to get more pillows and then I went to bed at 10..but I feel better for it so I guess it was worth it!

Thurs 12/13- Did Combat 30 and Jackie Warner 15 min Total Body

Fri 12/14- off day with exercise. But I did go to a movie and didn't have any popcorn or snacks!

Sat 12/15 I did Jessica Smith better body blast 20 min arm & 20 min leg workout. Then I did 10 minute trainer yoga flex. I really like that workout!

Goals:
3 cardio workouts- DONE
2 strength training workouts- DONE
1 yoga workout- DONE
1 trip to barn- not done so moving that to next week :)

All in all I'm happy with how the week was exercise/food wise. Work was horrible and I left a couple days with a migraine which made me not exercise but that's ok. I'm still doing really good in December. I'm keeping focused and doing what I need to do!
