10 minutes of exercise
8 H2O
5 Freggies

Is this to small of a change to obtain real success when your 100 lbs. overweight? Maybe. Maybe Not. It will beat 2 H2O's which will find a replacement with a sweet tea or possibly a soda. No exercise which will at best lead to mindless time wasters as you can only stay focused on paperwork and the like for so long. 5 freggies will replace the desire to eat perhaps more meat, simple carbs, or perhaps a candy bar, cookie, or fries etc.

    its the small changes that add up and make the most differance in the end as they are more doable and you are less likely to give up that way. emoticon emoticon

    It sounds wise... I believe in little changes, and things that are manageable in the long term. Also, if you are like me, 10 minutes of exercising leads to much more, so it is a great start!
