10 minutes of exercise
Is this to small of a change to obtain real success when your 100 lbs. overweight? Maybe. Maybe Not. It will beat 2 H2O's which will find a replacement with a sweet tea or possibly a soda. No exercise which will at best lead to mindless time wasters as you can only stay focused on paperwork and the like for so long. 5 freggies will replace the desire to eat perhaps more meat, simple carbs, or perhaps a candy bar, cookie, or fries etc.
