Last OB-GYN appt. in 2008

emoticon I knew it had been awhile but that is a long time. I now have an appt. for Wed. this week! emoticon Last week I saw my general practitioner about blood work results.

And I made an appt. for my naturopath this afternoon. emoticon

I have no energy-again! I hope she can help me. emoticon

She has me on regularly scheduled supplements throughout the day. And she just loves the trackers and support I get from you folks at SP . emoticon
And she supports me eating lots of veggies, especially greens. Also she suggests a probiotic daily and vinegar in water at meals and green tea and water throughout the day. Oh and of course she is happy about me doing water aerobics. emoticon Fatigue has made me skip lots of classes and I just hate that! emoticon

This program has been going on since June or July. At that time I was in pain and was sleeping way too much ! Stopping the statin medicine helped reduce my pain the most emoticon and also got rid of my gastric problems! It wasn't the increase in veggies at all! emoticon
You SP friends suggested stopping the statin drug. emoticon emoticon emoticon
I will take her my most recent blood work. The thyroid is fine now! (very, very, very low this past summer!)

BP is still high -bottom number 90--top number is fine.

I am very susceptible to any kind of virus. I get fatigued immediately if there is any slight sinus thing happening or , heaven forbid, a whole body virus like th e flu hits me. Then it is not only fatigue, but intense all over body pain. Probably fibromyalgia related.

The general practitioner has no time to go into life style stuff. So glad I found the naturopath ! emoticon

My husband needs so much(stroke in 2006) that I am just getting around to ME!!!! I had a mani/pedi last week too. It certainly helped that I retired emoticon one year ago. That was the key!

    Hi chris

For me years of feeling like I couldnt take another step. I slept for hours.

only to finally they found the problem . I was given a blood test for the oxygen
in the blood . I was in the 67 range. so now I take oxygen only at night
my life has changed.

Iwill never forget , that exhausted feeling. at times I just wanted to sit and cry.
I felt so tired. not sleepy . tired .
God Bless
rule out all possiabilites of anything .

Have you removed sugar from your life? That made a HUGE difference for me!! I also eat no white flour - go for complex carbs. Best of luck to you - I had chronic fatigue syndrome for 4 years so I feel your pain!! Its been mostly gone for 8 years but one NEVER forgets!! When I start to feel that 'sick' tired feeling now I make sure to get lots of rest, make sure I'm eating clean (its SO easy to slip there!!) and drink a ton of water. Its working - I'm saying a prayer it works for you soon! emoticon
