I joined the Y on Friday, and as I am on this final journey I wanted to correct one mistake I made last time.
I didn't have a baseline of how horrible I was when I started, so I had them give me the whole once over, to show myself how far I will come.
When I feel a plateau, and the weight is stagnant I now have this beautiful set of horror to look back on:
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 378.4
Body Fat: 39.8%
Right Arm Bicep: 14.5"
Left Arm Bicep: 14.0"
Chest: 53.0"
Waist: 55.25"
Abdominal: 63.0"
Hips: 52.0"
Right Thigh: 27.75"
Left Thigh: 28.25"
Right Grip Strength: 110
Left Grip Strength: 80
Right TG Hip Flexor: 53
Left TG Hip Flexor: 55
Right TG Hamstring: 63
Left TG Hamstring: 60
Thats it.
Statistically that's how horrible my body is, and I am going to enjoy changing all of these numbers
