All this holiday food and festivities has my appetite in a tizzie. I do all right at the parties and functions, but I come home and just go a little crazy. Then I don't want to write down what I ate and that leads to a free for all for the rest of the day. I think my task for the rest of December is going to be to track everything. Even if I do go over my calories, I will go over less than if I say "forget it" and eat whatever I want. The tracking provides a check for me, and I need to make not tracking "INO or it's not an option".
