"He ainít anywhere near his bottom. Got to see that bottom coming up at him"

Waylon - The Wire

I may have hit bottom last week, in any case it jump started me. I was speaking with a co-worked on my chanGe and my goals and he got me thinking.

I TRACKED EVERYTHING I ATE ON SPARKPEOPLE!

I pulled up my old abandoned blogs and trackers, dusted them off and looked at what worked before.

Breakfast Burritos
Pasta Bowls
Soup
Air Popped Popcorn
Pretzels and Salsa
and tracking, tracking, tracking

With this new go-around I have made a simple change, I bought some cheap tupperware and started cooking multiple meals at once. This will hopefully make daily life easier as I will not have the intense labor that is associated with cooking one meal for me and one meal for family and washing two sets of dishes each day.

Good for you!!! Cooking two sets of meals is a pain - I hear you there! Are there some of the meals you eat that your family would too? Jer and I eat a lot of chef type salads for lunch and veggie omelets for supper. We pack our lunches after supper - and for the veggies for our omelets I do a lot of pre-cutting and pre-cooking - so when I get home I just have to throw in some olive oil in the pan to warm up the veggies and then add egg. I'm lucky that my kids are older and are not picky eaters - but we still have to make 2 meals a lot of the time because they don't want eggs every night :) You can and will do this!
