I just blew away 160. I hope I stay bellow it now. I can not believe it. That puts me 17lbs down. I am ecstatic.
I changed my picture on my sparkpage to the 15lbs down instead of 12. I am spreading the word, I am about to text my dear hubby. I did have to get a new scale, so it may have inflated my weight a little. My old scale, had been kind of wonky, going through batteries really quickly, not turning off sometimes, and sometimes it would have like 178 as 0 (meaning when nothing was on it, instead of 0 it said like 178)
Now i need to start exercising more.
1.. weigh 155 (not there yet, but working on it)
2.. drink 10 glasses of water a day (not been doing great here either)
3. exercise daily... (not so good here either.)

oh and the best part.. i have passed halfway. i have like 12lbs to go till i reach 145, and i have lost 17. how cool is that.
