Well I think I am back to one of the heaviest weights I have been... boy it didn't take long to gain it back when I quit exercising, starting having pepsi all day again AND eating like I just didn't care. HMMM why am I fat again? lol.... Oh I know why, and I know how to stop it... now just to wrap my brain around it! I did start my day with a tall glass of water and an apple, so that is already a plus! I need to get to the store and pick up a few more "healthy" things for me to eat. I am hungry right now but trying not to think about it.. I really need to work on getting the recommended amounts of fruits and vegetable for the day, I think that if I can do that. I can start taking some of this weight off! Here I go again :)

    I am so sad. I am 15 pounds heavier and on my way down. I had hoped from the title that you were leaving the 200s behind.

I am sending hugs. Sounds like you know what you need to do to make it happen.
