December and I am doing better as the month goes on. Over the weekend I walked the dog daily, and stayed within my calorie range. Last night I tried an herbal tea. I NEVER wanted to drink herbal tea, just some hot flavored water. BUT this month I am trying new things to avoid weight gain in December. Last night we had a very thick chicken soup which included pureed beans, Konjac (almost zero calories), etc. The last week my weight goes down a few ounces each day!
Today, focus on the feeling you get after a really great workout. Are you proud? Relieved? On top of the world? Exercise can be tough to get through, but the sense of accomplishment you get afterward is more than worth it—and so are the results! Keep that in mind during today's workout.
Even walking the dog around the block makes be feel I accomplished something. Also that is my way of showing Kali love. When I spend an hour in the gym, I may be tired but I feel I have given myself love!
