Week 4 TF Completed

WEll, I completed week 4 of TF. I am disappointed this week, because I had wanted to complete 5 TF workouts. Well... I ended up not feeling good most of the week, eating was terrible, and not enough sleep. emoticon I completed 3 TF workouts, but did manage to do some sort of workout all 7 days. I am proud of that.

Being it was week 4, I had to take measurements this morning. I definately need to step it up this week!

Week 4 results:
Down 1.2 pounds
Down 3.25 Inches

I can do better. The scale is up 1.5 pounds from my lowest a week ago... time to recommit to the process and cut back on the sugar!! I know I can do this!

    Yes. It is good to be cognitive of what we do and eat! When I stop paying attention, I don't get good results. Ha!

    Sleep is very important, no need to feel disappointed as even though you were not feeling well some days, you say you still managed to do some workout. Cutting back on sugar is an excellent idea.
