WEll, I completed week 4 of TF. I am disappointed this week, because I had wanted to complete 5 TF workouts. Well... I ended up not feeling good most of the week, eating was terrible, and not enough sleep.
I completed 3 TF workouts, but did manage to do some sort of workout all 7 days. I am proud of that.
Being it was week 4, I had to take measurements this morning. I definately need to step it up this week!
Week 4 results:
Down 1.2 pounds
Down 3.25 Inches
I can do better. The scale is up 1.5 pounds from my lowest a week ago... time to recommit to the process and cut back on the sugar!! I know I can do this!
