i woke up today and did the usual you know the gym 30 minutes of cardio then 20 minute of strength training damn, i have this friend that gose to the gym with me but can't do the workout that i do, i'm like way advance then he is but he is trying i give that to him and i do correct him when he is doing the exercise wrong. He come to me for fitness advice because he know i kind of know what i'm doing when i'm in the gym. ive been working out ever since ive wasyoung and playing high school football.So i'm applying all the rule of working out to gain size and strenght to loseing weight and looking good,its like i'm in to this bodybuilding. and i'm loveing this new way of life that you to SP
