I’m really struggling again.
Too much food, not enough excercise, stinkin’ thinkin’ .... the perfect storm which will crush my progress over the last year if it keeps up for any length of time.
I am weighing in every morning so that I won't be "surprised" by my bad behavior and so far I’ve had nothing tragic show up on the scale....but I know it is only a matter of time if I don’t turn this around.
Someone really needs to sit down and have a heart to heart with me...so I’ll just do it for myself....
You need to close your mouth, open your eyes and wake up from your current lack of attention to your food and exercise.
This is not that hard! You have done it in the past, you can do it again! Don’t over think this.
This is simple.
You need to remember how GREAT it feels to go to bed on an empty stomach and to wake up hungry. You need to focus on eating the things that will make you feel light and energized, not weighed down and sluggish. You need to think about how satisfying it feels to finish a great work out and feel sore muscles the next day.
Plan your meals, track your food, get in some vigorous exercise everyday this week and...
