After being stuck at the same weight (but still losing inches, I think) for 3+ weeks, I finally saw the scale go down on Friday....by almost 5 pounds.
Of course I blew that all out of the water by going to a party Friday night at midnight and having what felt like 30 beers. It was probably more like 10 or so (plus a handful of vodka shots), but it left me feeling incredibly bad Saturday morning, after I woke myself up from 3 or less hours of sleep and drug my carcass to work for a 4 hours shift I volunteered for. Of course, on the way I stopped for McDonald's, then the bigwigs bought the few of us who were working on the weekend a bunch of Dominos pizza, and to top it all off I had a huge box of chinese food bought for me for dinner.....
Now, I'm relatively sure I didn't have 40,000 calories, which is roughly how much I would have had to have ingested to push the scale up to the weight I'm at today after all this, but nonetheless it was a pretty damaging weekend.
On the plus side, I did work out Friday night and tonight, and tomorrow is a great time to start making good choices again.
