Paleo Diet Day 27: Bacon and Eggs, so good!

I'm a happy egg-chompin' Paleo guy today!
As I wrote yesterday, I need to take steps to get my weight back up. So this morning I had a six-egg (and these were duck eggs) omelet, with a large portion of bacon. Had a large cup of coffee with almond milk to go with it.
That held me much of the day - snacked on last night's dessert, tea, some almonds. We went to the late afternoon showing of "The Life of Pi" (highly recommended) so for supper I resorted to deli baked chicken again, with carrots. Dessert was banana with almond butter, warm almond milk, and some dark chocolate.
I really hope I'll be able to reincorporate eggs into my diet without any reaction. Next in line will be the raw milk we get.
