I love to sleep in! I have heard that one hour of morning is worth two hours of afternoon, so I get up early on the weekdays and get my stuff done. On the weekends I sleep in a little--till 8 or 8:30. It is such a treat for me. Summers are easier to get up and get out, but winter is so dark that I hate to leave my nice warm bed.

Totally agree: the older I get, the more I think Gramma was right - who wants to waste time sleeping? The early hours are the best--!

to me, getting in a good amount of sleep is not wasting time. it resets my body clock so i am more energetic to get more out of my time later.

It's just been in the last year that I have learned to love being up alone in the early hours of the morning. I really do treasure that time now and use it for meditation and for centering myself for the day to come.
