I knew this would be a challenge for me and I was right. I ate/shared four appetizers with my husband for dinner. This was the easy part since we were only interested in the apps. However, I made the mistake of perusing the dessert menu and chose Baked Alaska to finish the meal. Now, the only plus side I can find to this dessert is the meringue has some protein and the ice cream is a dairy serving (albeit an unhealthy one). Once I added this all up, I found I was still within my calorie range for the day since I had almost nothing else to eat all day. I do not recommend this as a general practice, but it worked for me for day one of my mini-vacation. We will have to see how I do on day two.
