I woke up today tired, but I feel much better than the last two days of sinus headaches. I think I may have had a cold, but nothing serious. I finally went to the gym this afternoon. I couldn't make it on the elliptical as long as I wanted to but I'm very glad I went and got something done. I'm going to try and wake up early tomorrow and run before my appointment at 11am. I'm meeting with a potential photographer for our wedding. I really liked what I saw on her website, but she doesn't have any google reviews so I guess I'll have to make a judgement on her character and ability when I meet her.
On another note, I'm finding it hard to stick to my goals of staying under 1700 calories/day and working out 5 day a week. Granted, I was sick for 2 of those days. I'm slightly disappointed in my will power to say no to snacks, wine, and late night pizza. I tried to tell my fiance that I'm getting serious about my weight again, but he doesn't seem to get it. He keeps wanting to go out to eat and drinks every night. It gets hard to say no and I can suggest eating a salad only so many nights, haha.
This week, I'm determined to work on my will power. I will reach my goals because getting healthy is more important and feels better than having an extra slice of pizza, or stopping for frozen yogurt, or drinking and extra glass of wine.
