As previous blogs indicated, I've had a very trying weekend. My own impatience and frustrations have gotten the better of me. To make matters worse the black cloud of my bad mood mixed with a cold front of cravings, but despite feeling less than chipper at the time, I can safely report that it wasn't a perfect storm: I didn't lose control.
Now that I'm the other side of it things feel a bit calmer, a bit less hormonal, and there's a fresh new week to get on with. I've been sticking to my little December goals; one burpee for every day in December and a minute of the plank pose a day (ow!), and for the next five days I'll be devoting 15 minutes to the wii-fit.
I'm also going to take some time to breath. It would be terrible to be so focused on the changes in mirror that I miss the actual holidays!
