Still sore from the lunges on Friday, and the running yesterday didn't really help. So today, I just did an easy walk on the treadmill: 2 miles at 2.85 mph, 43 minutes. Then, of course, I stretched thoroughly. Still sore, but hopefully I'll be up to Day 1 of Week 3 tomorrow.
I'm also switching my routine around starting tomorrow to workout before going to work. Since I have to be at work by 7:30, I'm going to have to get up at 4:30 to get the workout in. 4:30 is so early! @_@ Wish me luck!
