Been a bad girl :(

Sunday, December 09, 2012

I've missed like 2 weeks of exercise and I am feeling those awful effects of it. My blood sugar going up and gaining weight.

For today I did walk one mile and tomorrow I will again also Zumba if I can find a ride. Thats it for updates

I've been off the exercise wagon, too. The important thing is that you started up again!

We're lucky in that every day is a new start! Just keep trying, you'll make it my Sapphire Sister--and you're not alone, we're all right here struggling with you. Let's just plan on trying to have more good days than bad and we'll be ok :)

Keep up the focus on finding time to exercise! I encourage you! It's hard to get back when you've been away but it's so worth it. Treat yourself with exquisite love and compassion.

Best wishes!

emoticon It's such a battle this time of year...I think our bodies are still wanting to slow down but, that's not needed anymore. You can do it! Glad you're getting back on track!

Congrats on getting right back on track.
I myself have allowed months to pass before shaking it off and moving forward again.
Good for you! emoticon
