Today I did NMTZ and followed that up with 20 minutes of yoga in an effort to prevent DOMS from kicking my butt again. I learned my lesson last week: Cool downs are IMPORTANT!
Still tackling my 100 day challenge goals. I've managed to stretch and do devotions every day so far, and I'm at least getting some water in, even if it isn't 8 glasses every day. So I'm still struggling with water but I am at least drinking more than I used to and I notice a big difference in how I feel.
Now to get some protein in me with dinner. Yum!
