Woohoo!! I have done one month of
- Making conscious food choices
- Going to the gym between 2-4 times
- Portion control
I'm very proud and am marking this moment. I have noticed that my apetite has diminished, I'm not sure how much I have lost on the scales but all I know is feeling better and more balanced in my diet in general. I am also so happy to be going to the gym and seeing that as a weekly challenge. I am very happy that I have decided to come back on Spark!
