Things I have learnt

I don't move as much as I thought I did.

I move more at my own home than at Jacques, his is more compac.t

I can make my stairs objective without too much difficulty......although the fitibit doesn't always recognise my gong up and down.....and yes, it is up and down, so I won't be stranded at the top of the Leaning tower of Pisa!

I need to up the ante on the steps, however my next objective is just to go out and have a walk outside, and see what that changes.

Sleep is a bit more problematic, as the the fitbit recognises movement, which can happen whilst dreaming, and doesn't happen when you are doing your darndest to get back to sleep between 02:30 and 05:30 ,and staying as still as you possibly can!

So that is the update for today!

I'm thinking walking outside is more enjoyable than anything inside, and might be more motivating for you. I haven't got a fitbit, and have been wondering about it. I look forward to reading more of your "reports".

  • MAUIMA, this sleep recording is interesting, since I too can have that awake from hm hm. So, do you have the problem too, that at 5:30 after all that awake time, NOW you can go back to sleep, but have to get UP???

Not sure the fit bit solves these

But the other observations look excellent and useful. Thanks for sharing. Still on my Santa list!

You are doing more than me. Go outside and see if that
makes a difference. I hope to get a fitbit for Chrismas.
Then we can compare notes. emoticon emoticon

I've heard that same thing from other people. But it gets you moving!

That's interesting, so when you are laying still, but not sleeping, it records that as sleeping? And, don't get stuck on top of the leaning tower of Pisa!
