I'm still here and still trying. I lost 7lbs in 4 weeks which I am very proud of but the last 2 weeks have been a standstill. My fault, I know. I have been over-doing it on the weekends.
I am traveling in less then a week, heading home to see my family for the holidays, and I can't wait. The problem is I will be traveling for over 31 hours, spending time in planes and in airports. Does anyone have any advice on how to eat better during this time? The options for healthy always seem so limited and I don't like ordering salads and fruit if they are not fresh.
