Lazy weekend. Day 8.

I definitely am noticing I feel like overeating and eating garbage on the weekends. I kept it pretty well in check yesterday. Met everything but my "stretch" goal for protein, and I was a little over on cholesterol.

Not bad for Day 8.

Same as Day 7.  I pretty much sat on my butt yesterday.
