They haven't been well. I just have been in a funk. I had this great idea last weekend and then - not sure what happened. I know that I didn't check in here much and I am not sure if that is why it didn't go so well or what. I just had a rough week nutritionally.
However, I'm back on track as of yesterday. I ate right within my ranges and tried to have as many veggies that I could.
I think I'm discontinuing my weight watchers. I have learned some valuable things and I truly believe that they have helped me narrow down some food issues however I just can't see paying a monthly fee anymore. It's not like it was a magical thing. In fact, the biggest thing to take from the experience is that I have to do this. No amount of tools or apps can do it for me.
Anyway, with that being said, once my monthly subscription expires I'm going back to tracking with myfitnesspal for my food.
This week's plan is to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables for snacks. Plus, for dessert, I am going to have either one piece of dark chocolate or fruit. Tuesday is still my weigh in day and I am really hopeful that I see some kind of loss even if it's just 1/2 a pound.
