Ooops! I guess I forgot to post a weeks log so I'm combining them into one.
Ashtanga Yoga - wicked tough but loved it
Insanity: Core Cardio & Balance - one of my favorite workouts
Insanity: Cardio Recovery
Insanity: Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs
P90X: Core Synergistics
P90X: KenpoX - I used my TurboFire weighted gloves to add intensity and boy did it work!
Hot Hatha Yoga - the room wasn't very hot though
25 mile bike ride -
I hadn't been on my bike in over a month so I wasn't sure how long I could go or how I would feel. I met a friend and we did a nice slow recovery ride (10-12 mph). It was wonderful to get out there on such an unseasonably warm day.
P90X: Back & Biceps & ARX
Insanity: Plyo Cardio Circuit
P90X: Chest, Shoulders and Arms and ARX
Insanity: Pure Cardio
P90X: Legs & Back and ARX
Hot Hatha Yoga - only there was no heat. The new studio took over and I don't think they quite understand heat or something. LOL Luckily I have pants and will just start wearing those.
All in all a really good couple weeks.
