Weekly Preview:
I lost a week due to family stress and other issues. Luckily, my eating wasn't terribly off, but I need to reboot my system. One baby step at a time. I am restarting my morning exercise streak, because it always helped me stay on track for the rest of the day and feel better. I'm fixing my sleep schedule, which has gotten off-kilter. I'm tracking my calories faithfully. I know I will get there. I can do this! One choice at a time...

I really want to reach my goal of at least 20 lb lost during this mini-challenge, and I believe I can do it if I focus and really buckle down these next few weeks.

Weekly Review:
WOW I made some amazing progress this week!!!!I think I must have been retaining fluid from last week's diet choices or something. Anyway, I'm thrilled :)

    This is such a difficult time of year to lose weight. I'm thankful that I went gluten-free! I feel so much better! The thought of binging on cookies and brownies scares me, it keeps me on track because I don't want to feel terrible again. Thank you so much for all of your gluten-free knowledge, I appreciate the help.
